At Glamlite, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original boxes, ensuring all protective seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation inside the parcel.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, excluding original shipping costs.
